Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

 

Custom Wood Disclaimer

 

Wood is a natural material, and availability, grain pattern, and color can vary.

While we do our best to closely match your selected wood types, we cannot

guarantee the exact wood species used in your final product.

 

Production Timeline

 

All items are handcrafted to order. Please allow two to four business weeks

for production before shipping. Timeframes may vary depending on project

complexity and material availability.

 

Shipping

 

Shipping costs are calculated based on the final weight and size of the project

and will be added at checkout or invoicing.

 

Taxes

 

Prices listed do not include state or local sales taxes.

Any applicable taxes will be added where required by law.
